This agreement serves as a retainer for consulting time as needed per your request for consulting services including, but not limited to:

• Proposed Site Designs
• Equipment Specifications and Details
• Existing Systems Integration
• Local Contractor/Building Dept Liaison
• Cost Projections and Money-Saving Tips
• Health and Safety Concerns
• Watsu/Spa Marketing Integration
• Underwater Sound and Lighting Effects
• Environment Aesthetics and Feng Shui
• Alternative Energy Integration: Wind/Solar
• Bio- and Eco- Friendly Technologies
• Pool Enclosure Options
• Price and Product Comparison
• Aquatic Bodywork In-House Trainings and Set-Up

An experienced professional consultant will be available to answer questions via telephone, or in person if appropriate, throughout your project roll-out. A minimum 3 hour retainer fee will be charged to your credit card initially and further assistance and/or design work will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before any further charges incur. This $300 can be then be applied as a down payment toward a $3000 or greater purchase of any equipment from our extensive product line anytime in the future. An invoice detailing all phone and design work, etc will be submitted for your records.
